We have a fantastic opportunity for the position of Operations Manager for our offices in Czech Republic. This is a management position, and the role requires direct reporting to the UK HQ.  

Job Summary:  

We are looking for an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating all technical, business, and operational aspects of our business in the Czech Republic markets.   

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical/engineering background and exceptional managerial skills. They will be responsible for driving the growth and operational excellence of our business and play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering key relationships to achieve business objectives.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee Office Operations: Lead the setup and implementation of office processes and systems to ensure full operational readiness and compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.  
  • Technical and Operational Leadership: Manage all technical and operational activities within the office, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards. Provide expert guidance to technical teams, resolving complex challenges and ensuring timely project completion.  
  • Project Management and Studies: Lead projects and support HAZOPs, SIL, and other workshop-based studies, ensuring rigorous analysis and successful outcomes.  
  • Strategic Growth Development: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify and act on opportunities and risks.  
  • Service Delivery and Team Development: Oversee the execution of services, enhance deliverable quality, and build team capabilities, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.  
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive business growth through client acquisition and new product/service development. Set sales targets, monitor performance against KPIs, and expand the customer base to increase revenue.  
  • Team Recruitment and Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and performance feedback to support business growth and operational excellence.  
  • Operational Efficiency and Innovation: Evaluate and implement new products, technologies, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Reporting and Financial Management: Prepare and present reports on operational performance, project status, profitability, and strategic initiatives. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business goals.
