JD for the Role- Support Engineer
Experience: Min 1 year relevant experience
Below is the job description:

Technology / Domain:

  • Need to have a resource to monitor the alerts generated by monitoring tools
  • Should monitor the alerts & do level 1 troubleshooting
  • consult with respective team for the resolution of the alerts
  • Handling of all alerts as per their impact
  • Handling of all alerts as per their impact
  • Level 1 support for all alerts generated from the monitoring tool
  • escalation/consultation for the team on all technical, procedural and processes related queries
  • Train & absorb the level 1 troubleshooting and other operational tasks from the various technical tracks

Technical know-how: Mandatory >

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Helpdesk or in IT Infrastructure support
  • Experience in Windows/Network L1 support
  • Experience on ICINGA & Service Now would be beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Proven analytical skills with information systems
